Vor der Behandlung

Alcoholic drinks, drinks with taurine and excessive caffeine consumption should be avoided at least 24 to 36 hours before the treatment.
Solarium or sunbathing should be avoided seven days before the treatment.
Herbal decongestants can be taken as a preventative measure (e.g. Arnica D 30 globules or Traumeel pills). A consultation at the pharmacy is recommended in this regard.
Trockene Lippen sollten einige Tage vor der Pigmentierung gut gepflegt werden (z.B. mit Lippen-Peeling und einer dünnen Schicht Vaseline).

The declaration of consent MUST be completed by every customer.

It gives us important information about the client's health status, information about any medications that need to be taken and that could be a contraindication for treatment.

Furthermore, the following data should be recorded in the declaration of consent:

The customer's contact details

The treatment zone

As well as a record of the material used, such as needle configuration and color with brand and color number or designation

By signing this form, the customer agrees to the treatment and the treatment procedure. The customer signs that they have been informed about the procedure and any risks and also confirms that they have understood the care information.

A written care instruction should be given to the customer after the treatment.

The consent form should contain general information about the treatment procedure, such as

Durability, which cannot be guaranteed, as this always depends on given influences such as skin condition and lifestyle habits, etc.

Information on the course of healing, such as information on changes in color intensity during healing

Information about possible swelling, redness after the treatment

Nach der Behandlung

Aftercare by the client is important for a perfect result, as this has an influence on approx. 70% of the result. Therefore, inform your clients in detail about the necessary behavioral measures as well as the tasks in the aftercare and healing phase in the consultations before and after the treatment. It is essential to avoid direct contact with germs. Please also point out to your customers the effects that incorrect care can have.

Master tip: After complete healing, the pigmentation should be protected daily with a cream with a sun protection factor, especially when sunbathing or in a solarium. This will preserve the color intensity of the pigmentation for longer.

Problemfall Herpes

Träger des Herpes-Virus (wenn Herpes bereits ein oder mehrmals aufgetreten ist) müssen mit einem erneuten Ausbruch ca. drei bis fünf Tage nach einer Pigmentierung rechnen. Der Herpes-Virus verbleibt auf den Nervenbahnen, auch wenn er im Blut nicht nachzuweisen ist. Wenn dem Nerv Reize von außen zugefügt werden (z.B. Stress, Schmerz), wird der Virus aktiv.

Eine Vorbeugung mit pflanzlichen Mitteln kann hilfreich sein. Ebenso ist ein direkter Kontakt mit Keimträgern zu vermeiden (z.B. durch häufiges Anfassen der Pigmentierung oder durch Kontakt mit Haustieren).

Herpes-Prophylaxe

Wirkstoff: Aciclovir

Achtung: rezeptpflichtig!

Recommendation:

Beginn der Einnahme am Tag der Behandlung

Vier Tage lang 1000 mg, verteilt über den Tag (z.B. 5×200 mg)

Bei starker Herpes-Anfälligkeit: fünf Tage 1200 mg, verteilt über den Tag (z.B. 6×200 mg)

Bitte weisen Sie die Kundin darauf hin, dass sowohl die Art als auch die Dosis des Medikaments mit einem Arzt abgesprochen werden müssen.

Als Alternative zum rezeptpflichtigen Medikament ist eine Vorbeugung mit Tabletten auf pflanzlicher Basis möglich. Hierbei handelt es sich um Tabletten zur Stärkung des Immunsystems (z.B. Esberitox). Diese können bereits sieben Tage vor der Behandlung eingenommen werden. Jede Kundin kann sich diesbezüglich in der Apotheke beraten lassen.

After the treatment, initial redness and signs of swelling can be alleviated with cooling compresses. Gel cooling compresses are ideal for this as they are reusable and easy to disinfect.

Lippenpflege

Tag 1: Reinigung der Lippen stündlich (mit leicht feuchten Wattepads)

Tag 2-3: Reinigung der Lippen alle 2–3 Stunden (mit leicht feuchten Wattepads)

In den ersten 5-7 Nächten: Tragen Sie während der Nacht einen dünnen Film Vaseline auf.

Morgens dürfen die Lippen mit einer medizinischen Seife und mit lauwarmem Wasser gereinigt werden.

Common mistakes during wound healing

Hygiene during and after pigmentation is essential, as mistakes in hygiene and care can have a significant impact on the result.

External or mechanical influences on the wound during the healing phase can lead to loss or change of color. The following should therefore be avoided:

Scratching
Peeling (directly or in the first few days after pigmentation)
Scrubbing the pigmented area
Firm rubbing
Constant softening of the facial skin with wet compresses
Excessive washing rituals
Swimming
Use of incorrect care products (wound cannot close)

Gerade in den ersten 48 bis 72 Stunden sind die Anweisungen des Artists in Bezug auf die Nachpflege genauestens zu befolgen. Der pigmentierte Bereich muss sauber, keimarm und trocken gehalten werden. Empfehlen Sie Ihren Kundinnen in den Tagen der Wundheilung eine täglich mehrmalige Anwendung der Händedesinfektion (kleine, handtaschengerechte Händedesinfektionsmittel als Liquid oder Gel erhält man in jeder Apotheke oder Drogerie).
