What needs to be considered before treatment?

We recommend providing the customer with this information in advance via WhatsApp or your website:

  • Alcoholic drinks, drinks with taurine and excessive caffeine consumption should be avoided at least 24 to 36 hours before the treatment.
  • Solarium or sunbathing should be avoided seven days before the treatment.
  • Herbal decongestants can be taken as a preventative measure (e.g. Arnica D 30 globules or Traumeel pills). A consultation at the pharmacy is recommended in this regard.

The declaration of consent:

The declaration of consent MUST be completed by every customer.
It gives us important information about the client's health status, information about any medications that need to be taken and that could be a contraindication for treatment.

Furthermore, the following data should be recorded in the declaration of consent:

  • The customer's contact details
  • The treatment zone
  • As well as a record of the material used, such as needle configuration and color with brand and color number or designation

By signing this form, the customer agrees to the treatment and the treatment procedure. The customer signs that they have been informed about the procedure and any risks and also confirms that they have understood the care information.

A written care instruction should be given to the customer after the treatment.

The consent form should contain general information about the treatment procedure, such as

  • Durability, which cannot be guaranteed, as this always depends on given influences such as skin condition and lifestyle habits, etc.
  • Information on the course of healing, such as information on changes in color intensity during healing
  • Information about possible swelling, redness after the treatment
  • In addition, it should be noted in the declaration of understanding that no guarantee can be given for a revision of an already existing Pius and that this could possibly reappear after healing.
  • The customer should also be informed in the declaration of consent that they must responsibly adhere to the recommended aftercare, that they have understood it and that they must therefore make a significant contribution to a perfect result.

The declaration of consent should contain a point in which the customer agrees to photo documentation:

However, a distinction is made here between photo documentation for the artist, which is mandatory for recording, and consent to use the images for social media. This requires separate consent from the customer.
